OPC Tracking - Google Universal Analytics problem

Hello Stan,

a) I'm using OPC 2.0.266.271014, and I enable "OPC Tracking - Google Analytics" and checked every checkbox under "tracking tab".

b) I filled in Google Analitycs ID, of course; and our website are using new Universal Analytics (analytics.js).

c) I actived Enhanced Ecommerce both in Google analytics & OPC (OPC Tracking - Google Analytics).

And there is a problem: I can't recieve any data under "Shopping Analysisc" (screen capture attached).

1. It's been several weeks after I enable OPC Tacking.
2. Our website do have orders during these days.
3. Other reports such as Product Performance, Sales Performance, do recieve data.

hello, which payment methods are you using?

i suggest this:
1. press F12 on google chrome and click tab console
2. make an order WHICH LEADS TO AN ORDER STATUS for which the GA script is enabled in OPC (to enable it for all orders, make it available for Pending orders)
3. you should be able to see this from your site:

on some browsers any javascript error before these lines can break the script completely and thus no tracking would occur. please see your site if all is okay.

Hello Stan,

I'm using PayPal Express for the payment.

I've tried what you suggest, and the log has shown what it should be.

But console shows nothing when I put something into the cart. (the first 3 lines are showing before I click "add to cart")

hello, opc right now does not have events to track "add to cart" because they are mostly executed over ajax within virtuemart which does not support execution of javascript by itself and it may be complicated to add these - but possible.

please write me an email, i am not sure if i understand your problem now. From the screenshots, the order is properly sent to the google analytics, therefore i believe that the problem may be there... one of my customers also had a problem getting any data into GA and once we switched to the old ga script, it started to work.
