Add two new fields to OPC Joomla 2.5.9 VM 2.6.10

Hello. Hope You can help guide me in helping my client. He wants two add'l checkout fields added. He wants 'Player Name' and 'Month' so whenever someone pays, he knows who the payment is for and for which month the payment is.

He runs a team sports page for kids in Seattle, WA. Website is i-balllive.com.

You kind assistance is very much appreciated.

hello, just to close this, this request was done over ftp:

1. create the fields within vm shopper field section
2. mark them as "opc custom rendered"
3. modify the onepage.unlogged (and logged).tpl.php files to show them at any position with:
<input type="text" name="player_field" value="" />
