Shipping Options restricted by zip code are not showing up

I have a few different shipping options that are only available for a range of zip codes. They work in normal checkout, but are not appearing in OPC when the shipping options are being updated. Is that something that can be fixed? I have virtuemart 2.6.10 and the newest version of OPC

hello, i wrote you an email a few minutes ago. i can check your site directly, or you can try the DEV build that i've sent you by email.
we recently found that there may be conflicts with sh404.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO RUN SH404 AS IT IS CAUSING LOT'S OF PROBLEMS (random redirects, missing POST/GET variables, database speed problems and much more).
it seems that sh404 tries to filter POST variables in some circumstances that are sent over the ajax to opc controller.

It is a live site, so is there a way to just get the edits and manually test them? .I will look up sh404 now, I don't think we have it.
