Cache Plugin Faster Indexing maybe?

As far as i know the indexing/searching of files within a folder if the number of files is big might slow down. In our case (http://www.quality-tuning.eu) we have more than 10 domains each one with each own links, our page cache consists already of more than 70.000 files.
So i was thinking maybe it would be better to separate the cache files per domain or language, e.g.
/public_html/cache/page/en-GB
/public_html/cache/page/it-IT
...
