Ajax check on Username and E-mailaddress

Hi Stan,

An extra improvement will be a simple ajax check on Username and E-mailaddress fields when buying as a new customer on unfocussing these fields. I see that the user isn't created or logged in then - which is ok - but I want the cliënt to be aware of that before hitting the Order! button.
