Timeslote slection for delivery

I have installed the com delivery plugin so that users can select a pickup date, but with the Corona pandemic more and more business aren’t able to open there physical shop and must use or create a webshop. The rules in Belgium and the Netherlands where my clients operate, are mostly that stores can sell there products only if their customers make a pickup appointment. So it would be great if your could add a timeslot field to the delivery component.

A timeslot within the opening hours
Configurable 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2hours maybe more
Configurable minimum offset of the current date and time

I know you can help a lot of (small) businesses with this solution, so will you consider creating it so that these business can still make some money in these times. I’m also willing to help you if I can.

hello, you can use named slots within the shipment plugin config which will then be shown in the com_delivery configs.

within next days i am going to add relation for named slot into time slot so each named slot will also have a representation of time when it ends, so that javascript at FE can filter it per current day.

i.e. example:
named slot: "11.00 - 13.00"
time relation end: 13.00
