OPC is not validating State / Province / Region

Hello Team;

I am using the OPC and for some unknown reason it is not validating State / Province / Region

It is allowing user to purchase products without selecting State / Province / Region
That is causing us not to charge the sales taxes for the state of Florida;
In the state of Florida in the USA we charge 7% tax on every sale, and I have configure the 7% sale tax for the state of Fl.

Please advised what should we do to resolve this issue; my website is http://www.saltsolutionsinc.com

hello, for VM3 you must use one of the latest OPC versions. Please download the latest OPC from our download section and update it with joomla installer.

after the installation click save in OPC config and also in OPC tracking (if used).

for VM3 the most common issues include:
- make sure that no fields in VM userfields are marked as "show in cart form / cart field", only tos and customer_note should be marked as cart fields. (opc 302 does this check automatically)
- disable all "order fields" in opc except those two
