multiple shiprate if zipcode contains letter and/or symbol

when letter or symbols is typed on Zip/Postal Code user field, multiple shipping rate appears. (attached screenshot)
can it be a message that says 'Please register below the correct Zip/Postal Code'?

Hello, first of all we strongly recommend to turn on shipping as select drop down when you are using shipping inside basket. If a symbol is entered (invalid zip), you shipping method should generate an error or empty html. This could be handled by eny of these features
- if it returns an error, you can set up a search string to show the message at the Shipping tab, change ERROR to Error or similarly depending on the output of shipping methods
- if it returns a shipping rates even when an incorrect zip is entered there are two ways to fix this: either let us create a OPC extension which would search for an invalid symbol and return an error message, or modify your shipping method php code to return an empty html on invalid input (if you wanted us to create this functionality we would require you to purchase 50 euro of "additional services" in case you did not purchase the full 99 euro version with programming support)
- you can try to use "shipping templates" or "shipipng as drop down" which would not show any errors generated by your shipipng method but rather give you an error message from the labels tab
- if your shipping rates are fetched from an external source/server your can also turn on "loader image", "select as dropdown" and "add '--select--' as a default shipping", so no default shipping is counted
