We've bought the component from your side, but when we tried installing it we encountered a problem. Please check the attached screen capture. Hopefully you can help us out asap.

Hello,
this problem can occur because of one of these reasons
- some of your language files in /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/languages/common/ are currupted due to incompatibility with your server's file encoding. Please delete any languages from here which you don't need.
- one of the files uses BOM which is not supported by your server and it needs to get removed. Please remove the unnecessary languages and if the problem persits remove BOM from the beginning of the file.

If you wanted us to fix this for you, please write us on email at info@rupostel.com. Our component uses VM language files to insert missing language strings. Next year we will include a new Joomla based language editor inside our component which is almost finished.
