Hey Stan,

I'm having trouble figuring out how to disable the tax on the payment method fee. The fee we enter in the VM Payment Method Form Discount field has the tax included.

I have attached a screenie with the results we're getting.

We would also like to have free Cash on Delivery for orders greater than 100 euros.
