ERROR: We are sorry, but we don't ship to chosen county.

We have been using the One Page Checkout module for several years one our website (http://www.outdoorhands.com) with no problems. All of a sudden a few days ago our users started getting the following message after they enter a Zip Code and select a Country.

We are sorry, but we don't ship to chosen country. Please select a different country or contact us by phone.

It doesn't matter what zip and country we put in it keeps giving us this message and will not let us checkout.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
