User Registration not working

Some help please:
I have Joomla global user registration turned off, and VM silent registration turned on.
However I still get this message on OPC:
Error: Joomla Global User registration is turned off, but virtuemart is not configured to use NO REGISTRATION or SILENT REGISTRATION.
Solution: When Joomla registration is disabled you can use NO REGISTRATION or SILENT REGISTRATION with OPC.
When someone completes the checkout process they are not registered either.

Hello, you should disable VM registration as well if you have no registration within Joomla. It's a conflicting configuration which will not work properly within OPC or virtuemart.

I would suggest the "guest mode" where the customer can choose if to create an account. This would require "joomla registration ON", "no account activation" and "virtuemart optional registration"

From customer point of view and OPC being capable of submitting order even when already existing email is used, also the silent registration would work well.

Thanks for this. I'm just setting up OPC and this has helped a great deal.
