Shipping costs are calculated ex. tax

I've purchased the extension and it does a really great job on improving sales.
There is only one issue I'm facing at this moment.
The shipping costs on the default virtuemart extension are calculated incl. tax.
Now with your module enabled the shipping costs are calculated excl. tax. How can I fix this issue?
