I am unable to HIDE the LOGIN and REGISTER BUTTONS. I have disabled the LOGIN function for JOOMLA in the ADMIN CONFIGURATION AREA. I have selected NO REGISTRATION in the VIRTUEMART CONFIGURATION SECTION. I have also tried to toggling on and off the "Do not show Login in the template" within the ONE PAGE DISPLAY ADMIN area.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hello,
you can hide the login button at OPC configuration tab Display: "Don't show login in the template". We've released a new version (271) for you, which fixes this issue on icetheme_thestore template.
Please turn off all extensions at OPC extension tab which you don't need after upgrade. To download the latest version, just log in with your email and proceed to the download section.
