no file attached after clicking Confirm Order

after upgrading from onepage1.2.295 to onepage1.2.354 file attached on Order is not saved. i reverted to old version onepage1.2.295 file is successfully saved. we're using this component http://fur.ly/97kr for attaching file

Hello, i'd have to check your site individually as i do not remember now on what could be the exact issue with the vmupload, but i'd suggest it is a plugin triggerer and it requires $_GET['page'] = 'checkout.index' or similar which might have been omitted since the 2.0.295. Let's do this in january after hollidays. If you got my skype, please contact me.
