Configuration not working

Configuration not working

I just bought and installed the component but when going to the config page i get this: . This is also the only thing seen in the source.

Using:

onepage1.2.261
J 1.5.23
VM 1.1.8
Dutch language

A solution would be appreciated.

Hello Michael,
i am sorry for this bug, i've tried to fix it several times but it
seems that couple of customers still encouter it. The problem most
probably is caused by some of your language files which are not php
valid and my component tries to read them. First of all please go to
Site -> global configuration -> server -> error reporting -> set to
maximum and send us the error which you get at the configurator.

To fix it you can delete any language files which you don't need from:
/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/languages/common

especially some chinese language files are encoded in matter which a
default server cannot parse.

If this is the reason why you get the error, please send us a zip of
your /common directory so we can test and fix this bug or let us fix
it on your site via ftp and joomla access.
