Total Cost "undefined" ?

I'm just curious to know what could be causing the total cost at checkout to be undefined.

Below are 2 screenshots. The first one shows that the cart knows the total (before shipping) cost of the order. You'll notice that the Payment section just says "P" - any idea why?

This screenshot shows the undefined problem.

My site uses a Free Shipping ($0) option, UPS (see in picture), and PayPal's New API. I have enabled the OPC Extension called "PayPal New API support"

If I disable One Pay Checkout, the checkout system works fine. When it's enabled, I get undefined.

I'm a bit tech-savy but new to your product. Any help would be greatly assisted. I can even give you a developer access if necessary.

Just wondering what the best way to get support from the creators would be. I thought posting on the forum would be good, but I guess not. I'm unable to use this software and would like a refund if you guys can't even give me suggestions on what to try out to fix this problem.

Hello Dan, pls send me your url via the chat button or on our email at info@rupostel.com and i will check your url on what's going on. In some cases the shipping html is not parsed correctly which might lead to this error.

Best Regards,
Stan

Hello Dan, i changed the theme from default to pbv and now it renders and show totals correctly. I strongly recommend to use paypal (legacy) as a redirect if you are not using https and you don't have authorization from paypal to use their inline card processing.

Best Regards,
Stan

I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent support. You went in on your free time to configure the extension, I appreciate your efforts and will be sure to recommend the product to others.
