Compatibility with JCH Optimize

Hi Stan,

As discussed previously, OPC doesn't work with JCH Optimize (http://jch-optimize.sourceforge.net/), we receive blank page at the checkout (for all Joomfish languages) which is also impossible for us to debug. Of course this is no OPC's fault, but as we have found the particular plugin quite effective, we'd like to keep it, if possible. Would it be possible to take a look and debug at your test servers when you have some time?

In general the OPC could be compatible with it if configured this way
- either disable plugin for shop.cart page from the plugin itself (could be done by checking JRequest::getCmd('page', ''); in the plugin file
- or make all OPC javascripts to load for other pages as well (each template uses a different set of them)
