Hello, currently some of the templates are using hard-written english texts. You will find these texts depending on selected template here:

/components/com_virtuemart/themes/default/templates/onepage/{YOUR SELECTED THEME}/onepage.unlogged.tpl.php
and
/components/com_virtuemart/themes/default/templates/onepage/{YOUR SELECTED THEME}/onepage.logged.tpl.php

To change the "missing" on required fields you'd have to change it here:
/components/com_virtuemart/themes/default/templates/onepage/{YOUR SELECTED THEME}/overrides/list_user_fields.tpl.php

We are preparing a new language editor, but we've got stuck on VM tax issues and OPC for VM2.
