Why dont append the ItemId on URL of opc-thankyoupage?

Every time the chosen template is false after checkout (thank-you-page). I think the reason is, that ItemId is not append at Page-URL.
for example: http://www.dualmassflywheel24.com/index ... =1&lang=en
I have build a new hidden menu item and bind it with opc-thankyoupage. I put the ItemId of this item in the field "Custom ItemId for OPC thank you page".

What can i do else?

I use Gantry4 with a override style. The override style is the default. The master style is not use, but the thank you page use the master layout.

hello, the link which you gave does not seem to come from OPC.

to set up the thank you page's link Itemid you may want to do:
1. associate both "thank you pages" to the hidden menu

2. use one of them at the OPC's display tab (this can be configured per language if a multilanguage site is detected):


sometimes the payment does a redirect like from paypal to your site. this itemid cannot be handled by OPC and you may want to alter the paypal code for the returning Itemid or add an redirect to the paypal thank you page template override.

the OPC's link to the thank you page should look like:
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=opc&controller=opc&task=checkout&nosef=1&lang=en

and if you use the Itemid in OPC config, it will be appended.

I had the set before my post as you recommend it. If I use bank transfer without redirect (not paypal or any other payment-plugins) the template layout is wrong too.
This is the called URL after that: /index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=opc&controller=opc&task=checkout&nosef=1&lang=de

What else can i do?

you only needed to add the Itemid config into OPC display tab options. if it's not fixed, pls let me know asap and i can check your config, i will need your backend access.
