Tax update issue

Hi Support,

I have a big issue with my site which was due to launch today but i cannot resolve a problem. I cannot get tax to show in the cart at all regardless of what country i select.

This is a UK based site and as such only needs to charge tax (VAT) of 20% to United Kingdom customers and no tax to any other country.

Right now i cannot get the cart to show tax to anyone.

Spent hours trying to work this out and have not got anywhere, Please help 0 the site is www.aptoolsltd.co.uk/newsite

Happy to pay for a quick fix and give access.

if you are using bandbox theme, it has the tax lines hidden by default. You only need to get rid of the CSS which hides them and i can help with it.
